The purpose of the Orchestra is to enrich the cultural landscape of Oakville by creating a passion for chamber music concerts, developing local amateur musicians of all ages, and promoting Canadian soloists. The OCO brings exceptional Chamber music to the doorstep of Oakvillians. We perform regularly in our local community (3 concert weekends per year) and we also perform at charity, private and corporate events.
We are a not-for-profit registered charity. Advertising in our programs brings us welcome financial support.
OCO is well-established, now in its 27th year.

Exposure Demographic
The Oakville Chamber Orchestra performs on three weekends a year with two concerts on each concert weekend.
Our audience is strongly Oakville-based, mature in age, above average financial status, and includes many season subscribers as well as ad hoc ticket purchasers. We also draw significant audience from Mississauga, Toronto, Burlington, and Milton. Average attendance per concert weekend is 250-300. Season attendance is ~800 and we are growing at 10%/year.
Advertising Context
Concert programs include the orchestra’s repertoire and conductor’s notes and are thus extensively read by the audience. Audience members read the program during the 2 hour concert and then take them home, often as mementos. You gain access to a captive target audience.
OConcert programs are professionally desktop-published and printed.
Web Exposure
Your advertisement will also be featured on our web site and social networking sites. Our website receives 10,000+ page views per year from 3500+ unique visitors. Our Facebook page has 6500+ fans and our Twitter page has 800+ followers.
