SILENT AUCTION INSTRUCTIONS AND RULES
Each silent auction item is numbered. Please identify the item number and the item description when submitting your bid.
Your bid must be higher than the minimum or current bid amount shown. Minimum bid increment is $2.00.
This silent auction will be opened online until Wednesday November 9, 2011 at midnight. At that time, the highest valid bid for each item will be transferred to the bidding sheets that will be used during the live part of the silent auction. Bidding will start again live at 6:30pm on November 12, 2011 at Central Baptist Church. Bids can be made during the concert evening until the bid closing time.
Bidding closes at the end of the intermission during the concert. Due to the limited time available to bid during the evening, plan ahead and bid the highest amount you are willing to pay!
• Bids are all final.
• Winning bids will be announced or posted at the end of the Concert.
• All won items must be paid and picked up by the winning bidder immediately after the concert on Saturday November 12, 2011 before 10:30pm at Central Baptist Church.
• The Oakville Chamber Orchestra makes no representation or warranty with respect to the condition or value of any silent auction item.
Please note - Only cash or cheques will be accepted. Make cheques payable to the Oakville Chamber Orchestra.
